White Glove Medicine

No membership is required. White Glove Medicine welcomes non-members to book any service individually. Per-visit pricing covers adult and pediatric urgent care, comprehensive medical consultations, telemedicine, and IV administration. Members enjoy added benefits like scheduled monthly visits and priority access, but membership is entirely optional.

The Blue membership includes two monthly physician visits, 24/7 direct physician access, priority medication management, a standard wellness phlebotomy panel, travel health consultations, and 25% off additional in-home visits. The Black membership upgrades to three monthly visits and adds a VIP wellness and longevity assessment, advanced biomarker and longevity testing, VIP care coordination, and one IV drip or vitamin injection per month. Pricing for both tiers is available upon inquiry.

Adult and pediatric urgent care visits run $750 per hour in the Hamptons and $550 per hour on the Gold Coast. A comprehensive two-hour medical consultation is $950. Telemedicine visits are $350 per hour. IV administration visits start at $250 in the Hamptons and $150 on the Gold Coast. Visits booked between 8 PM and midnight carry a $200 after-hours surcharge.

Yes. White Glove Medicine operates 24/7 and accepts same-day bookings online. Dr. Chowdhury also makes after-hours visits past midnight when patients need immediate care. A surcharge applies for visits between 8 PM and midnight, with separate pricing available for calls after midnight.

Yes. Dr. Chowdhury treats patients from toddlers to elderly adults and handles both pediatric and adult urgent care at home. At-home vaccines, point-of-care testing, and medication management are all available for pediatric patients as well.

White Glove Medicine offers several IV options including Simple Hydration, Myers Cocktail, Bespoke IV, and NAD+ drips. Vitamin B-12 and Vitamin D injections are also available. IV medications such as Toradol, Zofran, and Protonix can be included as clinically appropriate. Groups of five or more receive a 10% discount, and groups of ten or more receive 15% off.

The practice covers the East End of New York, including the Hamptons, and the Gold Coast area of Nassau and Suffolk counties. Travel fees apply for visits to Montauk, Shelter Island, Amagansett, and East Hampton. Patients can select their service area when booking online.

Yes. In the East End, the practice offers a concierge lab draw service where a licensed phlebotomist draws blood at the patient's home and delivers the sample to the patient's preferred lab. Point-of-care testing includes rapid flu A/B, rapid strep, RSV, COVID testing via Abbott ID Now and RT-PCR, and a full comprehensive respiratory panel using Biofire.

Black members receive access to a VIP wellness and longevity assessment that includes Galleri cancer screening, full-body MRI, CT angiogram, coronary calcium score, VO2 max testing, DEXA scan, and heavy metal testing. These are conducted as part of the advanced biomarker and longevity testing tier of the Black membership.
