Each physician at MD² Fifth Avenue accepts just 50 families. That small panel means your doctor knows you and your health history with real depth. Both physicians also give patients direct access to their physician partner, so you always have a physician available.

The annual retainer covers all care and services the office provides. There is no additional billing for visits, house calls, workplace calls, x-rays, routine lab tests, or diagnostics. Your physician guides you to specialists as needed and often accompanies you to those appointments.

MD² Fifth Avenue does not require an annual contract from patients. Fees are paid monthly, and you may cancel at any time without financial obligation. If you choose to leave, your physician helps you establish care with another doctor.

Members receive direct access to both physicians' private cell phones. You can call anytime, day or night, without going through a front desk or exchange service. If your physician is unavailable, their partner physician answers directly.

The practice covers internal medicine, primary care, and cardiovascular care. Dr. Spatz focuses on preventive cardiovascular health, coronary artery disease assessment, valvular disease assessment, and non-invasive cardiology. Dr. Goldberg focuses on internal medicine and primary care, including comprehensive diagnostics and preventive screenings.

Yes. Your physician remains your primary medical contact wherever you travel. MD² Fifth Avenue prepares patients for travel and manages care remotely when needed. If you need medical attention in a city with another MD² office, your physician coordinates care with their MD² colleague there. Members also enroll in a worldwide medical evacuation service.

Both Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Spatz hold affiliations with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center, and NYU Langone Health. Those affiliations give patients access to a strong network of top specialists and institutions across Manhattan.
