The monthly fee covers every primary care service the practice provides. This includes an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, routine lab tests, blood panels, cardiovascular screening, and cancer evaluations. MD² Boston does not send additional bills for office services. Patients never leave the office with a charge for care rendered.

MD² Boston does not bill insurance or Medicare. Members pay an all-inclusive monthly fee directly to the practice. That fee covers all care and services the office provides. Patients may choose to carry insurance for hospitalizations or specialist care outside the practice.

Each physician at MD² Boston cares for just 50 families. That panel size gives members direct, unhurried access to their doctor and their doctor's partner. The practice keeps this limit firm so the physician relationship stays personal and responsive.

Yes. Members receive direct access to both physicians' private cell phones. Patients can call any time, day or night. If one physician is unavailable, the other physician is reachable directly. No front desk, answering service, or nurse stands between a patient and their doctor.

MD² Boston structures the practice so that one of the two physicians is always available. Each member has direct access to both Dr. Cusick and Dr. Judge. If your primary physician travels, their partner steps in without any gap in access or continuity.

Yes. MD² Boston physicians visit patients during hospital stays and coordinate directly with specialists. Your doctor acts as your advocate throughout the hospitalization. If the best care requires a medical center in another city, your physician arranges the stay and remains involved in overseeing your care.

Yes. MD² Boston specifically serves families who travel frequently or spend time in multiple residences. Your physician remains your primary contact regardless of your location. If you need care in a city with another MD² office, your Boston physician coordinates with the local MD² partner. All members also enroll in a worldwide medical evacuation service.

MD² Boston does not lock members into a contract. The agreement the practice uses binds the physicians to you, not the other way around. Members may cancel at any time without financial penalty. If you decide to leave, your doctor will help you establish care with another physician.

Dr. Cusick and Dr. Judge specialize in adult internal medicine. The right age for a child to transition into their care depends on the individual. The practice welcomes conversations about multi-generational care and stays available for questions even when a child remains under the care of their pediatrician.
