Yes. The annual membership fee covers services that Medicare does not reimburse. Your Medicare Part B coverage continues to work with the practice for covered services, just as it does currently.

The practice offers flexible payment options. You may pay the full $2,220 annually or semi-annually by check. You may also pay $185 per month by automatic credit card using MasterCard or Visa.

Yes. You may cancel at any time for any reason by giving 30 days written notice to Dr. Malta. The practice will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership fee.

You cannot pay the practice directly from your health savings account. However, you may submit for reimbursement through your FSA or HSA. Check with your HSA administrator to confirm eligibility and the submission process.

Dr. Malta gives members his cellphone number and email address. You can reach him directly by phone, text, or email at any time of day or night. He stays accessible even when he is away from the office.

The practice accepts new members on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the practice reaches capacity, Dr. Malta places interested patients on a waiting list. Reaching out early gives you the best chance of securing a spot.

Yes. Dr. Malta sees out-of-town guests for urgent matters when their stay is less than two weeks. Membership is not required for these visitor access appointments.
