The Concierge Choice program gives members enhanced access to their physician at Greenfield Associates. Members reach their doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a dedicated phone number. The program includes same-day or next-day appointments and extended, unhurried office visits. Members also receive in-patient hospital follow-up care at Anne Arundel Medical Center and a portable USB device containing their comprehensive physical information. md.

Greenfield Associates participates with Medicare. The practice does not participate with commercial insurance companies, but the team facilitates out-of-network claims on behalf of patients. Membership fees for the Concierge Choice program fall outside of insurance coverage.

Yes. The practice offers same-day appointments. Concierge Choice members also have access to next-day scheduling and 24/7 physician availability by phone.

Yes. Greenfield Associates offers telemedicine visits Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Patients can connect with their physician virtually for a range of primary care concerns during those hours.

The practice runs an on-site laboratory with point-of-care diagnostics. On-site physiologic testing includes EKG, bone densitometry, pulmonary function testing, and vascular screening. The lab also handles blood sugar testing, urinalysis, rapid influenza and strep testing, prothrombin time testing, and occult blood testing.

Greenfield Associates holds affiliations with Anne Arundel Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Maryland Medical Center, and Washington Hospital Center. Concierge members receive in-patient follow-up care at Anne Arundel Medical Center directly through the practice.
