Membership at Mamba Physician Care starts at $300 per month for an individual member. Couples and families joining together qualify for discounted rates. Membership requires an annual agreement with a 3-month initial commitment. Fees are HSA and FSA eligible. Membership is not health insurance, and the practice encourages members to maintain a traditional insurance plan alongside their membership.

Yes. Members receive priority scheduling and do not compete for appointments with a large panel. Same-day visits are available. Appointments run a minimum of 30 minutes, and the average face-to-face visit time is 30 minutes.

Yes. Dr. Akram offers virtual visits when clinically appropriate. Follow-ups, medication reviews, and select concerns are well-suited to telehealth. Members schedule virtual visits through the practice and communicate directly with Dr. Akram.

Mamba Physician Care does not bill insurance for membership fees. The practice encourages members to keep a traditional insurance plan for specialist visits, hospitalizations, imaging, and prescriptions. Dr. Akram actively coordinates with insurance companies and specialists on behalf of members when needed.

The practice caps its panel at 300 members. Dr. Akram considers 300 the threshold at which he can deliver genuinely personal, proactive, relationship-based care without compromise. Once the panel reaches capacity, the practice closes to new members.

Every new member receives a comprehensive Executive Physical. Dr. Akram performs a full personal and family history review, a head-to-toe examination, and a 12-lead EKG. He orders comprehensive metabolic and lipid panels and conducts a health goals conversation. The visit concludes with a personalized care plan. First visits typically exceed one hour.

Yes. Mamba Physician Care accepts employer-sponsored memberships. The practice targets law firms, real estate teams, small businesses, medical and dental practices, financial firms, and family offices in the Horizon West and Winter Garden area. Employers can offer Mamba membership as a benefit for partners, executives, and key team members.

The House of MambaGLO is an invitation-only integrated experience. It combines Mamba Physician Care with Tranquility GLO Med Boutique, which offers aesthetic services including wrinkle relaxer, LaseMD Ultra, Potenza RF Microneedling, and AccuFit body sculpting. Availability is extremely limited and requires an introductory consultation. It does not allow direct enrollment.
