Magnolia Medicine offers two membership tiers. The Primary Care Membership costs $99 per month for men and women age 15 and up. The Primary Care with Hormone and Sexual Health membership costs $139 per month. Both require a one-time enrollment fee of $199, though families enrolling three or more immediate family members pay a maximum enrollment fee of $398. Families with three or more members also receive a $10 discount per person each month.

No. Magnolia Medicine does not bill or accept insurance for membership services. The flat monthly fee covers your primary care directly. Patients can still use their insurance for outside services such as specialist visits, imaging, or prescriptions filled at an outside pharmacy.

Magnolia Medicine has opted out of the Medicare program. Medicare patients can still join, but they must sign a one-time waiver confirming that neither they nor the practice will submit claims to Medicare for services at Magnolia Medicine. The practice currently does not accept new patients age 65 and older.

Appointments at Magnolia Medicine typically run 30 to 60 minutes. First visits last 45 to 60 minutes, giving Dr. Sampson time to review your history and establish your care plan. The practice also offers same-day or next-day appointments for acute concerns.

Members contact Dr. Sampson directly by text, phone, or video chat. The practice also provides after-hours access for members outside of standard Monday through Friday office hours.

Yes. Magnolia Medicine maintains an in-house phlebotomy service and a LabCorp contract for member wholesale pricing. Common labs cost as little as $5, including a complete blood count, complete metabolic panel, lipid panel, and TSH. The practice also performs in-house glucose, urinalysis, and A1c tests. No insurance or diagnosis codes are required.

The practice runs an on-site pharmacy for immediate dispensing. Wholesale medication prices for members include items like azithromycin for $8, Tamiflu for $15, and sildenafil 100mg (quantity 30) for $15. Patients can also send prescriptions to the pharmacy of their choice.

Yes. Members can connect with Dr. Sampson via video chat in addition to phone and text. Telehealth visits give members direct access without requiring an in-person trip to the office.
