A two-person family membership starts at $180 per month, with each additional family member adding $40 per month up to a maximum of $300 per month per family. Members reach Dr. Wofford Leong directly by text, phone, or video. Same-day and next-day appointments are available. Vaccines, medications, and procedural family planning services fall outside the membership fee.

No. Ashford Health does not require health insurance for primary care membership. Dr. Wofford Leong encourages members to carry insurance for services beyond primary care, such as hospitalization, imaging, and specialist visits. Members can use existing insurance for labs, imaging, and prescriptions, or access low-cost pricing the practice has negotiated directly.

Ashford Health accepts FSA and HSA cards for payment. Individual consultations qualify for FSA and HSA funds. Dr. Wofford Leong cannot guarantee that membership fees will qualify under every plan, so verifying with your account provider before paying is a good idea.

Members receive Dr. Wofford Leong's direct number and can contact her by text, phone, or email. She answers urgent messages between 8am and 8pm. Non-urgent messages receive a response the next business day. For true emergencies, members should call 911.

Yes. Dr. Wofford Leong conducts virtual visits for primary care members. She also offers virtual consultations for breastfeeding and postpartum concerns to anyone in North Carolina. Many questions and concerns resolve over text, phone, or video without requiring an in-person visit.

Ashford Health offers two postpartum packages. The Kangaroo Care package costs $3,000 and covers three months of care for both mom and baby, including a prenatal consult, home visits, regular check-ins, and newborn care. The Mama Care package costs $1,800 and provides the same three-month support for the mother only, without infant services.

No. Dr. Wofford Leong does not offer one-time primary care visits. Continuity of care is a core part of the practice, so primary care requires a membership. Stand-alone lactation and breastfeeding consultations are available outside of membership for those with a specific need.

Yes. Dr. Wofford Leong welcomes patients of all ages, including those with Medicare. The practice does not bill Medicare, and members agree not to seek Medicare reimbursement for services received here. Members can still use Medicare for prescriptions, imaging, and lab work outside the practice.

Yes. Ashford Health provides primary care for the whole family, from newborns to older adults. Dr. Wofford Leong handles well-child exams, school and sports physicals, adult preventive care, and chronic disease management across all age groups.
