Phone hours run Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
For patients on HMO or managed care plans, Kolvita takes over day-to-day primary care while working closely with the patient's assigned insurance plan doctor when specialist referrals or specific tests require approval. Most patients on these plans need to visit their assigned doctor only once or twice a year for referral purposes.
