Members never receive a bill for co-pays or unmet deductibles. Yes. Kolvita memberships work alongside your existing insurance, not as a replacement. The practice works with PPO, Medicare, Tricare, Medicare Advantage, and PPO Affordable Care Act plans. Your insurance continues to cover major medical needs, specialty referrals, and outside lab or radiology services.

Kolvita guarantees same-day or next-day appointments during office hours. Members also have 24/7 direct access to their doctor by text, cell phone, email, or the patient web portal for urgent questions outside of office hours.

Yes. The practice offers telemedicine visits, and Friday appointments run as virtual only from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Doctors also make house calls when applicable. Members can reach their physician directly around the clock for guidance on whether a visit type fits their situation.

Kolvita covers a broad clinical scope including women's health, adolescent healthcare, obesity management, migraine headache management, sports medicine, orthopedics, low testosterone treatment, Attention Deficit Disorder management, and COVID-19 management. The practice also offers nutrition, fitness, and mobility assessments along with one-on-one health goals planning with the physician.

Kolvita offers Class IV Cold Laser Therapy using the Summus Medical Laser Platinum Series. The therapy addresses conditions including tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, diabetic neuropathy, sports injuries, and more. Members receive an allotted number of treatments within their membership and pay special pricing for extras. Non-members may also access laser therapy by contacting the office.

The office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM with virtual appointments only. The office closes for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Monday through Friday. Phone hours run Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

For patients on HMO or managed care plans, Kolvita takes over day-to-day primary care while working closely with the patient's assigned insurance plan doctor when specialist referrals or specific tests require approval. Most patients on these plans need to visit their assigned doctor only once or twice a year for referral purposes.
