Yes. Some services carry an additional fee. Rapid diagnostic tests for COVID-19, influenza, strep, and pregnancy each cost $25. IV fluids run $100 per liter. A Vitamin B12 injection costs $25. A blood draw is $5, an in-house antibiotic course is $10, and skin tag removal is $50.

The practice does not provide comprehensive OB care or deliveries, infant or childhood immunizations, or prescriptions for chronic controlled substances. Patients needing those services should seek a specialist or additional provider for that care.

Yes. Members may purchase a membership for a friend, family member, college student, or church member. Each membership costs the same standard rate and carries the same benefits.
