KidzMD Direct Primary Care

KidzMD Direct Primary Care uses age-based monthly membership tiers. Care for Little One, covering newborns to age 2, costs $210 per month and includes home visits. Growing Up Healthy for ages 2 to 12 costs $105 per month. Care for Teens for ages 13 to 17 costs $40 per month. Young Adults and Students pay $75 per month, $250 per semester, or $450 per school year. A Family Membership is available at $420 per month.

KidzMD Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership fees. The monthly membership covers the services Dr. Johnson provides directly. Families may use HSA or FSA funds, and Dr. Johnson can coordinate specialist referrals and prescription management outside the membership where insurance may apply.

Yes. KidzMD DPC prioritizes same-day and next-day sick visits. Members can call or text the practice directly to get urgent appointments scheduled quickly, often within hours. After-hours virtual consultations are also available for concerns that come up outside regular clinic hours.

Yes. Dr. Johnson offers telemedicine for a wide range of concerns. Virtual consultations are available during and after regular clinic hours. Unvaccinated or under-vaccinated members can also access telemedicine for select illnesses as part of their care arrangement.

KidzMD Direct Primary Care serves patients from newborns through young adulthood. The practice has specific membership tiers for newborns and infants, toddlers and school-age children, teens, and young adults or college students. Dr. Johnson offers continuity of care across all these stages.

Yes. Dr. Johnson offers home visits for select locations and situations. The Care for Little One plan for newborns to age 2 includes home visits as part of the monthly membership. Home visits for unvaccinated or under-vaccinated members with fever or rash cost $100 per visit.

KidzMD DPC membership covers well-child checks from birth through young adulthood, vaccinations, acute and urgent care visits, chronic condition management, behavioral and developmental support, school and sports physicals, in-office procedures, and direct physician access by phone, text, and email. Onsite medication dispensing is coming soon.

New families can schedule a meet-and-greet with Dr. Johnson to learn about the practice and ask questions before enrolling. The practice accepts online scheduling and also welcomes calls and texts directly. KidzMD DPC is located at 556 Rush Creek Pkwy, Suite B, Liberty, MO 64068.

Yes. Dr. Johnson provides ADHD evaluation and management, autism screening, anxiety and depression screenings, and learning difficulty screening with support coordination. She refers to specialists when additional evaluation is needed. Behavioral and mental health support is a core part of her pediatric care model.

Yes. Dr. Johnson performs a range of in-office procedures, including laceration repair, wound and burn care, splinting, abscess incision and drainage, ear irrigation and cerumen removal, wart and molluscum treatment, skin tag and benign lesion removal, and breathing treatments. Most of these are included in the membership without additional fees.
