He served the Palmer, Monson, and Wilbraham area since 2005, building what became the largest primary care practice in the Baystate Health system. He opened the Wilbraham office to deliver fully independent, relationship-driven care outside any hospital or corporate structure.
Dr. Diggs approaches health as the coordination of body, mind, and spirit. He asks detailed questions to understand each patient's individual attitudes, priorities, and history. Visits run up to 90 minutes, and the practice never overbooks. Every exam room uses UV-C sanitization technology, the same standard found in hospital operating rooms, for both surface and air decontamination. The annual membership covers unlimited visits, all in-office procedures, specialist coordination, and telemedicine. The practice accepts patients age 17 and up and does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance.
