No. John Daggett MD operates on a flat monthly membership and does not bill insurance for primary care services. Members may still carry insurance for specialist visits, hospitalizations, or other needs outside the scope of primary care.

The membership covers annual exams, sick visits, preventive medicine, chronic condition management, mental health care through medication management, lab assessments, well woman and men's health exams, lifestyle medicine, nutrition and fitness counseling, school and sports physicals, cancer screenings, pre-operative clearance, hospital follow-ups, complex case reviews, and all in-office procedures. Telehealth visits and house calls are also available to members.

Dr. Daggett welcomes prospective patients to schedule a free introductory call before joining. This gives you a chance to ask questions and confirm the practice is the right fit. The practice currently accepts new patients on a rolling basis.
