Jared Wojnicki, DO - Direct Primary Care Practice

Monthly fees at the practice are $50 for adults ages 22 to 54 and $75 for adults 55 and older. Children under 22 enrolled with at least one parent pay $25 each for the first two children and $10 per additional child. Active and retired military members and priests or nuns pay $25 per month with appropriate documentation. The first month is always prorated.

The membership covers unlimited office visits and all non-visit contacts, including phone, text, email, and video chat. All procedures Dr. Wojnicki can perform in-office are included at no extra charge. Labs, medications, and vaccines are not included in the fee but are available at roughly 90% below retail prices.

No. The practice operates on a monthly membership model only. Dr. Wojnicki does not offer per-visit pricing, as that structure would require higher patient volume and shorter appointment times, which conflicts with the practice's approach to care.

Every appointment runs at least 30 minutes. Some visits, including procedures and first appointments for depression, run an hour or longer. Dr. Wojnicki designs the schedule so no patient feels rushed.

Yes. Dr. Wojnicki conducts video visits via Skype or FaceTime for appropriate scenarios. Members can also reach him by phone, text, or email for non-visit consultations, all included in the monthly membership.

Yes. Dr. Wojnicki makes home and work visits available to members on all weekdays and variably on weekends until 9PM for urgent matters when medically necessary. Friday afternoons are reserved for routine off-hours visits.

Yes. The monthly membership covers primary and outpatient care only. Members still need insurance or another coverage plan for specialist visits, surgeries, hospitalizations, and complex procedures. Some members find that pairing DPC membership with a high-deductible plan reduces their overall healthcare costs.

The practice currently does not accept new Medicare patients. Dr. Wojnicki plans to open enrollment to Medicare patients when he has the ability to formally opt out of the Medicare program.

The practice limits its panel to approximately 600 patients. If demand exceeds that number, Dr. Wojnicki plans to add another physician to the practice rather than expand his own patient load.

You can begin the enrollment process online through the practice website. The first month is prorated based on your enrollment date. Payment options include credit or debit card, check, cash, or direct bank transfer. Dr. Wojnicki prefers bank transfer as it carries the lowest processing cost.
