The membership covers unlimited in-person and telemedicine visits for both acute and chronic conditions. It also includes an annual checkup, cancer marker screening, hormone panel screening, X-rays, EKGs, and patient remote monitoring. The practice draws all included labs in-office at no additional charge.

The membership covers a broad panel of routine labs at no extra cost. These include CBC, CMP, lipid panel, iron, magnesium, HgA1c, insulin, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Vitamin B12 and Folate, Vitamin D, PTH, testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH, and progesterone. The practice draws all samples in-office during your visit.

The practice does not bill patients or their insurance for any visits or services covered by the membership. You can still use your insurance for services outside the membership scope, such as specialist care, hospitalizations, or emergency services. IDL Medical Center recommends keeping your insurance coverage for those situations.

IDL Medical Center offers same-day and next-day appointments. In most cases, patients see their doctor within 15 minutes of arriving at the practice. Telemedicine visits are also available for care at your convenience.
