Wave Concierge MD offers two membership tiers. The Wave Concierge Membership runs $334 per month, billed annually. The Wave Executive Membership runs $1,000 per month, billed annually, and adds in-home diagnostics and house calls directly from the doctor and staff. Family members between ages 18 and 30 may join for $200 per month each, billed annually.

The Concierge Membership includes same or next-day appointments, in-house imaging such as MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound, IV infusion therapy, aesthetic facials, nurse practitioner house or office calls, direct hospital admission to DMC Hospital when possible, doctor supervision during hospital stays, a dedicated concierge liaison, and 24/7 direct access to the physician. Members also receive complimentary IV vitamin infusions and aesthetic facials each year.

The Executive Membership includes everything in the Concierge Membership, plus in-home diagnostics and house or office calls directly from Dr. Quinonez and the medical staff. A medical assistant also travels to the patient's home or office for blood draws. This tier suits patients who want full physician-level care delivered wherever they are.

Yes. Nurse practitioner house and office calls are included in both membership tiers. Executive members also receive direct house calls from Dr. Quinonez and clinical staff. A medical assistant can travel to your home or office for blood draws when needed.

Wave Concierge MD arranges direct admission to DMC Hospital, bypassing the emergency room when possible. Dr. Quinonez's team also supervises members during hospital stays, with NP or MD visits provided. The practice manages approximately 90% of conditions that would otherwise require an ER visit.

The practice covers a broad range of conditions and services including chronic disease management, diabetes and hypertension care, men's and women's health, mental health including anxiety and depression treatment, ADHD assessment, sexual health, substance rehabilitation, weight management, orthopedic injury care, physical therapy, sleep medicine, travel medicine, and preventive care.
