Monthly fees vary by the child's age. Infants ages 0-12 months pay $150 per month. Ages 12-36 months pay $125. Ages 3-6 pay $100. Children ages 6 and older pay $75. Honeybee caps family membership fees between $250 and $400 per month regardless of how many children enroll. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per child or $150 per family applies, though paying annually waives this fee. Annual payment also earns a 5% discount for one or two children and a 10% discount for three or more.

Yes. Honeybee dedicates 15% of its care to reduced-cost memberships through a sliding scale program. Households earning under $40,000 per year receive 40% off with a family maximum of $100 per month. Households earning between $40,000 and $60,000 per year receive 20% off with a family maximum of $200 per month. The practice also offers discounts for foster care families, teachers, medical students, and residents.

Honeybee does not bill insurance for membership fees. Families pay Dr. Coleman directly with no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills. The practice does accept insurance for vaccines through VaxCare, and insurance may cover labs and imaging ordered outside the practice. Membership fees qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement.

Honeybee offers same-day or next-day sick visits as standard. Members also reach Dr. Coleman directly via her cell phone for urgent questions. Virtual visits are included in membership for situations that do not require an in-person exam.

Yes. The practice offers a Nest in-home membership for families who prefer primary care visits at home. The Honeycomb Fourth Trimester Package also includes in-home visits for newborns. House calls for other ages and memberships are available at additional cost.

The Honeycomb Fourth Trimester Package is a three-month plan designed for newborns and their mothers. It includes a prenatal visit by video or in-office, in-home well visits, lactation support, maternal postpartum care, a mental health evaluation, pelvic floor referral, and blood pressure and wound checks. The package costs $800 flat for two in-home visits or $1,500 flat for all in-home visits.

Yes. Dr. Coleman sees patients from birth through age 22, following the AAP recommended visit schedule. When patients approach adulthood, Dr. Coleman helps them transition to adult healthcare providers.

Yes. Virtual care is included in every membership. Members can schedule remote visits for sick care, follow-ups, and consultations without coming into the office. Dr. Coleman also offers prenatal consultations by video for expectant families.

Yes. Dr. Coleman performs medical ear piercing using the Blomdahl Medical Ear Piercing System, which uses only medical-grade plastic or titanium studs. The service is open to members and non-members alike. Anyone 2 months or older who has received their first immunizations may schedule this service. Members pay $75 and non-members pay $150.

Families can request enrollment information directly through the practice. Dr. Coleman uses the SigmaMD app for scheduling and communication. Once the practice approves enrollment, families choose a monthly or annual membership plan and complete setup through the SigmaMD platform. A free meet-and-greet with Dr. Coleman is available before committing to a membership.
