About
At HomeGrown Pediatrics, Dr. Kate Johnson Clark delivers direct pediatric care from the heart of Ellicottville, NY. She and her husband Scott founded the practice in 2020, building it from the ground up at 5 Park Square. The practice grows out of a simple conviction: children deserve a physician who knows them, spends real time with them, and supports their families without restriction.
Dr. Kate holds board certification in pediatrics and brings training in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine alongside nearly eight years of urgent care experience. She handles a wide range of acute and preventive needs in-office, including laceration repair, abscess drainage, and fracture stabilization. Her partnership with Ellicottville Medical, PLLC gives families access to a full vaccine center. House calls serve newborns through older children, and Dr. Kate also visits families in the Buffalo area. Every patient sees the same pediatrician, every time.
