A standard membership gives you access to sick and acute visits, annual physicals, chronic disease management, in-office lab draws, medication management, prescribing, specialist referrals, and discounted laboratory and radiology rates. Labs and medications are not included in the base membership cost. The Comprehensive Care plan bundles HRT, medical weight loss, and primary care into one flat monthly fee.
