Yes. Non-members can book an Establishment of Care appointment for $275. This single-visit option gives prospective patients a chance to meet Dr. Hutson and experience the practice before committing to a membership. Separate health packages, including functional medicine and longevity programs, are also available without a membership.

No. The Austin Medicine membership covers primary and urgent care access but does not replace health insurance. It does not cover hospitalizations, emergency room visits, labs, imaging, or medications. Dr. Hutson recommends maintaining a separate insurance policy alongside your membership.

Dr. Hutson schedules every appointment for 45 minutes. That time allows her to take a thorough history and address the underlying factors driving your concerns. Members also receive same-day appointments for urgent issues, with most urgent needs seen within 48 hours. In-office, at-home, and virtual visit options are all available.

Members have 24/7 direct access to Dr. Hutson through the OHMD platform via secure text and video. This direct line means you do not need to go through a front desk or wait for a callback. Unlimited visits are included with membership.

Yes. Austin Medicine holds active telehealth licenses in Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, New Mexico, and Tennessee. Dr. Hutson sees patients virtually across all six states, making the practice accessible well beyond the Austin area.

The practice runs comprehensive hormone panels, microbiome testing, genetic analysis, food sensitivity testing, and liquid biopsy cancer screening. Dr. Hutson also uses 3D body scans, 12-lead EKGs, and full-body imaging. The Functional Lab Panel covers over 15 biomarkers including ApoB, Lipo(a), testosterone, omega index, DHEA, and more. Advanced functional testing, including SIBO testing, runs through Rupa Health.

Austin Medicine offers several standalone programs. The Longevity Protocols program runs six months at $4,950. The Functional Medicine Package costs $3,550. The Healthy Weight Loss program runs $475 per month. IV hydration options include the Myers Cocktail at $225, the Weekend Warrior at $250, and the Hydrator at $149.
