Adult memberships at Hey Doc Direct cost $100 per month for patients ages 21 and up. Child memberships for ages 2 to 20 cost $50 per month. Children must reside in the home of an adult member. The membership covers direct access to Dr. Kurz with no copays and no deductibles.
