Healing Grace Direct Primary Care

Monthly membership fees at Healing Grace DPC start at $35 for patients ages 0-17, $40 for ages 18-24, $70 for ages 25-49, and $85 for ages 50 and up. Couples living in the same household receive a 10% discount on both memberships. Families pay $65 per adult ages 25-49 and $25 per child. A one-time enrollment fee of $50 applies.

The membership covers unlimited visits with Dr. Fasick, direct access by phone, text, and the SigmaMD app, and a wide range of in-office procedures at no additional cost. Included procedures include suturing and staples, skin biopsies, skin tag removal, trigger point injections, ear wax removal, pap smears, IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon placement and removal, and wart removal. The practice also offers cash pricing for labs and imaging.

Healing Grace DPC welcomes patients with any insurance plan and patients with no insurance. The practice does not bill insurance for its services. If you carry insurance, you can still use it for labs, specialist visits, medications, and hospital care. Your membership covers all primary care services directly.
