About

At Headache Center of Hope, Dr. Hope O'Brien founded the practice in 2021, opening its doors on June 15th at 4565 E. Galbraith Road in Sycamore Township. Before launching the practice, Dr. O'Brien spent over a decade as a neurologist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and as an associate professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Her vision guides everything here: helping patients of all ages return to the life they love.

The practice blends conventional neurology with complementary therapies. Dr. O'Brien treats the full spectrum of headache disorders, from chronic migraine and cluster headache to post-concussive and cervicogenic headaches. Treatment plans draw on nerve blocks, Botox injections, IV infusions, infrared sauna therapy, aromatherapy, and guided meditation, among other options. The facility itself features a quiet, private space designed around the sensitivities of headache patients, including an infrared sauna room, massage room, and a serene atrium. The practice also runs active clinical research trials for both adult and pediatric migraine patients in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies.
