Haven Family Health offers three membership tiers. The Individual tier starts at $125 per month and covers chronic disease management, annual physicals, acute visits, gynecologic visits, pediatric care, EKGs, weight loss management, unlimited virtual and clinic visits, and discounted labs and imaging. The Premium tier is $150 per month and adds after-hours access, free point-of-care testing, free in-house blood draw, InBody scanner testing, and care coordination during hospitalizations or ER visits. The Concierge tier is $499 per month and includes all Premium benefits plus 7-day direct access to Dr. James, Remote Patient Monitoring with complimentary devices, and one complimentary hydration IV therapy per month.

Yes. Haven Family Health allows parents to add children ages 4 to 17 to any membership tier for $75 per month per child. Pediatric care is included across all tiers.

Haven Family Health does not bill insurance for primary care services. Membership fees cover unlimited visits directly with Dr. James. The practice recommends pairing a DPC membership with a healthshare plan such as Sedera Healthshare, Clearwater Health, or Christian Health Ministries for specialist or hospital coverage. Members can use HSA funds toward membership fees.

Yes. Haven Family Health offers same-day appointments for members. The practice keeps its patient panel intentionally small so Dr. James can provide timely, personalized access to care.

Yes. All membership tiers include unlimited virtual visits. Telehealth appointments give members direct access to Dr. James without needing to come into the office.

Haven Family Health has reached panel capacity. Prospective patients can join the waitlist by contacting the practice directly. The practice limits its panel size to maintain the quality and accessibility that members expect.

Haven Family Health offers a wide range of services alongside primary care. These include osteopathic manual therapy, pelvic floor therapy, physical therapy, massage therapy, IV therapy, wellness shots, Ayurvedic consultations, InBody body composition testing, Remote Patient Monitoring, weight loss programs using compounded GLP-1 medications, and medical ear piercing.

Yes. Haven Family Health offers a group rate for small businesses. When three or more staff members enroll together, the practice applies a 10% discount to the monthly membership cost. The discount applies to both the Basic and Premium membership tiers.

No. Haven Family Health does not require contracts. Members can cancel at any time without penalties. This applies to all three membership tiers.

It also includes Remote Patient Monitoring with complimentary devices, a blood pressure cuff, scale, pulse oximeter, and glucose monitor, one complimentary hydration IV therapy per month, and a 10% discount on supplements.
