Nioso DPC uses an age-based monthly fee structure. Patients aged 12 to 17 pay $50 per month. Adults aged 18 to 29 pay $75, ages 30 to 59 pay $100, and members 60 and older pay $126. A second household member pays 50% of the standard fee. There are no copays and no deductibles, regardless of how many times a member visits in a month.

Nioso DPC does not participate in any insurance plans and does not bill insurance for services. However, members who carry insurance can still use it for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals. One exception involves some HMO plans, which require a designated in-network provider to place orders. Dr. Nioso recommends that patients without insurance carry at least a catastrophic coverage plan.

Yes. Nioso DPC accepts HSA accounts for membership fees. This makes the monthly cost accessible for patients who fund a health savings account through their employer or on their own.

Dr. Nioso stays personally on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends. Members reach him directly by phone. He does not use a third-party call service, so patients always speak with their own physician during urgent situations.

Yes. Nioso DPC offers same-day appointments. Dr. Nioso keeps his panel size to a few hundred patients, which gives him the scheduling flexibility to see members quickly when they need care.

Yes. The monthly membership fee covers all primary care visits with Dr. Nioso, no matter how many times a member comes in during that month. There are no per-visit charges, copays, or deductibles.

Yes. Dr. Nioso offers telemedicine visits when clinically appropriate. Virtual visits save members travel time and time away from work. He also stays available for after-hours phone interactions when necessary.

Nioso DPC sits at 1300 Riverplace Blvd, Suite 105, in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. The office is across from the Ameris Building, near Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

Nioso DPC sees patients from age 12 through seniors 60 and older. The age-based fee structure reflects the range of members the practice welcomes. Families with teenagers and adults of all ages can join under a single household membership.
