The Caterpillar Stage costs $225 per month and includes primary care visits, same-day and next-day appointments, unlimited telehealth, unlimited portal messaging, nutrition coaching, four body composition scans per year, mindfulness education, and a 10% discount on integrative services. The Butterfly Stage costs $325 per month and adds priority scheduling, one annual house call or Shop with Your Doc experience, 12 body composition scans per year, a Betterfly Bag, and a 15% discount on integrative services.

Guiding Butterfly does not bill health insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. The practice accepts HSA and FSA payments. For patients with commercial insurance, the practice provides a superbill so patients can seek reimbursement directly from their insurer.

New patient visits and comprehensive annual preventive physicals each run approximately 60 minutes. That time allows Dr. al Rashida to review medical history thoroughly, answer questions, and build a personalized care plan. Established care visits vary in length depending on the concern being addressed.

Yes. Butterfly Stage members receive one annual house call as a membership benefit. House calls take place on Saturday mornings in Albuquerque, Corrales, Belen, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe. Butterfly Stage members may also choose a Shop with Your Doc grocery store nutrition coaching session on Saturday mornings instead of a house call.
