The fee covers unlimited office visits, virtual visits, phone calls, and messaging with no copays or unexpected bills for covered services. You can pay monthly or annually using a debit card, credit card, or bank account.

Yes. Golden Hour Pediatrics accepts HSA and FSA funds for monthly membership fees. These accounts allow you to pay with pre-tax dollars. We recommend confirming the details with your HSA or FSA administrator, as plan rules vary.

Golden Hour Pediatrics does not accept insurance for membership fees. You keep your existing insurance plan for services outside the practice, such as specialist visits, imaging, hospital admissions, or the emergency room. Upon request, Dr. Priest can generate a billing receipt for visits or vaccines so you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Membership covers unlimited in-office visits, telemedicine appointments, phone calls, and messaging with Dr. Priest. The practice does not charge separately for school forms, follow-up emails, or referrals. If a phone call resolves the issue, the practice handles it that way at no extra charge.

Yes. Golden Hour Pediatrics offers house calls at a separate charge from the monthly membership fee. Pricing depends on the distance from the office. Families can schedule a house call directly through the practice.

Yes. Golden Hour Pediatrics offers family-style visits, where Dr. Priest sees multiple children from the same family under a single appointment time. This makes scheduling easier for parents with more than one child in the practice.

Yes. Dr. Priest provides newborn care and welcomes families expecting a new baby. She requires the Vitamin K injection for all newborns and follows the CDC immunization schedule for all patients.

Golden Hour Pediatrics follows the CDC immunization schedule. Dr. Priest does not accept patients whose families do not plan to vaccinate. The Vitamin K injection is required for all newborns.

Golden Hour Pediatrics accepts new patients on a rolling basis. Families can complete registration forms online through the practice website. The office follows up within 2 to 3 business days after submission. Prospective families can also schedule a meet-and-greet with Dr. Priest before enrolling.

The monthly membership fee does not count toward your medical insurance deductible. However, your insurance plan remains active for outside services like specialist visits, imaging, or emergency care. Those claims go through your insurer as usual.
