Individual adult memberships run $50 per month for ages 17-64. Senior memberships for those 65 and older cost $60 per month, and child memberships for ages 0-17 cost $25 per month. Family memberships cap at $150 per month, and each additional membership after the first receives a 20% discount. Annual memberships receive a 10% discount. Genesis Health and Performance also offers corporate memberships with sliding-scale discounts based on employee count.

Members receive 24/7 provider access with direct messaging, same-day or next-day appointments, free telemedicine visits, free annual physicals, free office visits and consults, and free in-house testing. The practice also provides house visits at no additional charge for members. Members access heavily discounted send-out labs and reduced pricing on OMT, in-office procedures, and regenerative medicine treatments.

Genesis Health and Performance does not accept commercial or government insurance plans.
