Flow Family Medicine

Membership fees vary by age. Adults ages 28-64 pay $130 per month. Children ages 0-4 pay $115 per month, and ages 5-27 pay $95 per month. Members 65 and older pay $100 per month. Families of four pay a maximum of $350 per month, and each additional family member beyond four adds $50 per month. A one-time, non-refundable $75 enrollment fee per person applies at sign-up.

Flow Family Medicine does not bill insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice, with no copays and no surprise bills. Many members pair their membership with a low-cost insurance plan for major medical events and use their Flow membership for everyday primary care needs.

Starting January 1, 2026, Flow Family Medicine membership fees qualify as HSA-eligible expenses, up to $150 per individual per month or $350 per family per month. FSA reimbursement may also apply; the practice recommends confirming eligibility with your employer.

The practice offers same-day or next-day appointments for acute illnesses and urgent concerns. Dr. Goldburt also stays available after typical business hours for triage and support. Members reach her directly by phone, text, or secure message.

Membership covers unlimited primary care visits for preventive, acute, and chronic care needs. In-office procedures such as wart and skin tag removal, skin biopsies, simple laceration repair, joint injections, and IUD and implant placement and removal are also included. Members get discounted cash pricing on labs, imaging, and some medications, plus care coordination and referral management.

Yes. Flow Family Medicine offers an Accessibility Membership for households with income below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Contact the practice directly to discuss reduced rates. For members who want to support this program, the optional Sustainability Membership adds $20 per month to help fund care for community members with fewer resources.

Yes. Dr. Goldburt sees patients from newborns through older adults. The practice covers well child care, well woman care, peri-menopausal care, chronic disease management, and preventive care for every stage of life. The office is family and sensory friendly, and the building has an ADA accessible elevator.

Yes. Dr. Goldburt offers virtual care in addition to in-person visits. Members communicate directly by phone, text, or secure messaging. This direct access means you do not navigate a phone tree or wait for a callback from a staff member who doesn't know your history.
