Dr. Subroto Bhattacharya leads a family medicine practice with deep roots in the North Shore community. The practice traces its origins to a vision held by Dr. Frederick Charles Rimmele III, who set out to transform a closing residency program into a physician-owned group practice in 2002. Dr. Rimmele did not live to see that vision realized; he perished aboard United Airlines Flight 175 on September 11, 2001. Dr. Bhattacharya joined in 2002 and has carried that founding mission forward ever since. The practice serves patients of all ages, from newborns through geriatric care, at its location in Peabody, MA. Nurse practitioners Jennifer Richardson and Hayley Mateen round out the clinical team. Danvers Family Doctors offers a concierge membership program with same-day appointments, extended hours access, and personalized wellness planning.
