At Flex Family Health, two providers deliver direct primary care to patients of all ages in Billings, Montana. The practice made history as the first Direct Primary Care clinic in the city when it opened in 2019. Cole Whitmoyer, DNP, FNP, founded the practice alongside his wife and co-founder Katie Whitmoyer, who serves as Practice Manager. Dr. Jennifer Fowler, DO, and Dr. Bradley Poston, DO, round out the clinical team.
Flex Family Health keeps each provider's panel under 600 patients. Members pay a flat $69 monthly fee that covers unlimited office visits and 24/7 access by phone, text, and email. The practice dispenses medications in-office at a fraction of retail cost. Most lab tests run under $10. A mobile X-ray and ultrasound service operates at the clinic, at a patient's home, or elsewhere for $65. Employers with five or more employees can enroll their teams through the practice's corporate plan.
