About
At Farmington Family Practice, four physicians have spent decades caring for the same families, generation after generation. The practice opened in 1982 and has grown alongside Farmington ever since. Today, physicians Dr. Lance Harmon, Dr. Joseph Hakes, Dr. Taylor Wade, and Dr. Mark Himes lead clinical care across every stage of life. Physician ownership keeps the practice independent. No hospital system or federal agency sets the clinical agenda here. The team covers a broad range of services: preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics, women's health, sports medicine, minor procedures, and in-house lab and X-ray. Members of the FFP+ Direct Primary Care program pay $85 per month for unlimited office visits, same-day or next-day scheduling, telemedicine, and all in-house lab and X-ray at no additional cost. The practice also runs an on-site pharmacy and opens a Saturday clinic from November through April.
