Dr. Lance Harmon earned his Bachelor of Science in Natural Science, with a minor in German, from the University of Wyoming. He went on to graduate from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana, earning his board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. At the same time he finished residency in 2003, he also received a Master's degree in Public Affairs.

Dr. Harmon joined Farmington Family Practice that same year and has practiced here ever since. Raised in Green River, Wyoming, he later served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Germany and speaks fluent German. He and his wife have seven children, three of whom were born in Farmington. Outside the office, Dr. Harmon enjoys athletics, time with family, and church service.
