The Functional and Metabolic Medicine Program, led by Dr. Bharat Desai, costs $500 total for both evaluation visits.

At this time, the practice is not accepting new Medicare Advantage HMO patients from Humana, CarePlus, Optimum, Freedom, or Devoted, though those panels may reopen in the future.

The FMD Learning Center is an educational platform built by Family Medical Doctors.
