Adult membership costs $99 per month. Children and dependents ages 2 to 17 pay $33 per month when their parent or guardian holds an adult membership. A one-time registration fee of $99 applies when you enroll.

Members receive office visits with no co-pays or deductibles, free telemedicine visits, and same or next-day appointment availability. Most in-office testing comes at no cost. Laboratory and radiology testing runs at significantly reduced rates. Members also get direct cell-phone access to Dr. Launder.

No. Exceptional Care Center operates on a direct primary care model, so membership does not require insurance. No insurance plan limits or manages your visits. That said, members may still carry insurance for hospitalizations or specialist care outside the practice.

Yes. Exceptional Care Center offers same or next-day office appointments for members. Telemedicine visits are also available when an in-person visit is not needed.

Yes. Dr. Launder provides free telemedicine visits as part of every membership. Members can schedule a telehealth visit through the practice for non-urgent concerns or follow-up care.
