At Evolve Gynecology, Dr. Toni Hodges-Wills delivers boutique gynecologic care to women across Las Vegas. She founded the practice in 2023 with a clear mission: compassionate, evidence-based care for every woman, from adolescence through menopause. In April 2026, the practice transitioned to a direct specialty care concierge model.
Dr. Hodges-Wills holds the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) designation. Only a handful of gynecologists in Las Vegas carry this credential. Her clinical scope spans adolescent gynecology, perimenopause, menopause hormone therapy, sexual health, PMOS management, contraception, and cancer survivorship care. Integrated primary care services are available through physician assistant Kari Rodowick-Sandrini, PA-C. The practice serves patients of all ages, backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Evolve Gynecology also welcomes transgender and nonbinary adolescents. Daughters of members receive half-price membership, and cancer survivorship patients have their registration fee waived.

Monthly or annual membership covering unlimited visits, direct access to Dr. Hodges via text and patient portal, priority scheduling, longer 30-minute appointments, comprehensive gynecologic care, in-office pelvic ultrasound when indicated, quarterly telehealth or office check-ins, secure messaging, in-office phlebotomy, discounted lab pricing, and 10% discount on procedures not included in membership. Laboratory testing, medications, outside imaging, specialist referrals, and office procedures are not included. Insurance may be used for labs, medications, imaging, and specialist referrals.
