Dr. Samir Qamar conceived the model during his residency in 2002, when his thinking on personalized medicine earned a cover story in the Central Penn Business Journal. He launched the practice at Pebble Beach in 2005 as the official House Physician for Pebble Beach Resorts, then expanded to Monterey and Silicon Valley before relocating to Las Vegas in 2012. The Wall Street Journal profiled Dr. Qamar as having one of the most successful concierge practices in the country. The practice serves patients from all walks of life, including local families, physicians, celebrities, professional athletes, and heads of government.
