The Concierge plan adds MD-led primary care and a dedicated care team of a physician, coach, and registered dietitian. Members receive two full assessments per year, tracking of 195-plus biomarkers, bi-weekly check-ins with their coach, and six nutrition meetings with a registered dietitian annually. The plan also includes personalized care team video commentary and an aging and longevity strategy from the MD.

Yes, Eternal supports telemedicine visits. Members schedule virtual PCP appointments, message their care team, and request prescription refills through the Eternal iOS app.

Eternal operates two performance centers. Eternal Presidio sits at 1183 Old Mason Street in San Francisco, at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge. Eternal Chelsea is at 525 West 26th Street in New York City, along the High Line in West Chelsea.

Eternal clinicians actively track data from wearables, including sleep, strain, and daily steps. They incorporate that information into care decisions and adjust plans in real time based on what the data shows.

5 hours and covers four areas: mobility and stability, strength and power, aerobic efficiency via a lactate ramp test, and aerobic capacity via VO2 max testing. A DEXA scan for body composition and bone density rounds out the assessment. Members receive a detailed health and performance report after each session.
