Elite Direct Primary Care

Elite Direct Primary Care offers three membership tiers. Adults 40 and over pay $99 per month. Adults under 40 pay $79 per month. Members under 21 with a parent member pay $39 per month. All memberships include unlimited visits and direct doctor access, with no contracts, no hidden fees, no copays, and no deductibles.

Membership at Elite DPC includes unlimited visits, appointments up to 60 minutes, same-day or next-day scheduling, and direct access to your doctor including their personal phone number. Members also receive medications, labs, supplements, and supplies at wholesale pricing. The practice dispenses medications directly from the clinic.

The savings are substantial. A set of annual labs that would cost over $2,000 at a Lafayette hospital costs $83 through Elite DPC. A full year of cholesterol medication runs under $7 through the clinic. Members pay exactly what the practice pays, nothing more.

No insurance is required to join. Elite DPC does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice recommends that members also carry a major medical policy for hospitalizations and specialist referrals. Elite DPC works with insurance brokers to help members find affordable supplemental plans, with reported savings of several thousand dollars annually for families.

Elite DPC does not currently accept Medicare for payment. Prospective members on Medicare should contact the practice to discuss their options before enrolling.

Yes. Elite DPC accepts patients from birth through age 21, as long as a custodial parent or grandparent also holds a membership. Child membership pricing continues through college graduation, regardless of the member's age at that point.

Elite DPC members receive their doctor's personal phone number. The team makes themselves available for after-hours and weekend concerns. This direct access helps members handle urgent issues without unnecessary emergency room visits.

Yes. Elite DPC offers telemedicine visits for members who need care remotely. This adds flexibility alongside same-day and next-day in-person appointments.

Elite DPC holds patient privacy to a high standard. The practice does not share medical records with insurance companies or pharmaceutical companies without a direct request from the patient.
