Option B ($1,900/yr): Endocrine Care Only (limited patients), 6 visits/year, 6 blood draws/urine collections, 8 telephone consultations, same access features but no annual physical, flu shot, or EKG. No co-pays. Fee per additional visit over allotment: up to $100. Discounts available for couples and multi-member families. Does not participate with any insurance plans including Medicare.
