About
At Downtown Drs. Brown, three board-certified internal medicine physicians deliver concierge primary care for adults in Lexington, KY. Drs. Ryan Brown and Cady Brown co-founded the practice together, driven by a shared conviction that each patient deserves complete attention and unhurried time. Dr. Katie Kinsel joined the team in winter 2022/2023, bringing four years of outpatient primary care experience from Winchester, KY. The practice keeps its panel to just a few hundred patients. Each member always sees their own doctor, every visit, with no nurse practitioners or physician assistants involved in care. Members reach their doctor directly by personal cell phone, text, or email throughout the year. Same-day and next-day appointments are standard, and the doctors make themselves available nights and weekends for urgent concerns. Beyond clinical medicine, the practice partners with yoga instructors, acupuncturists, nutritionists, therapists, and other holistic providers. Members also enjoy a curated book library, a member newsletter, seasonal vegetables from the doctors' own garden, and a rotating art collection in the office.
