Monthly membership fees vary by age. Newborns through age 2 are $184 per month. Children ages 3 to 5 are $158 per month. Ages 6 through 17 are $131 per month. Young adults ages 18 to 21 are $79 per month. Families pay a maximum of $315 per month regardless of how many children enroll. A one-time family enrollment fee of $100 applies at the start of membership. The practice also offers discounts for annual prepayment.

Membership covers unlimited visits, including well child check-ups, sick visits, phone calls, and texts. Members pay no copays, face no surprise bills, and encounter no hidden fees. In-office testing such as strep, flu, COVID, urinalysis, and hemoglobin screening are included, along with vaccine administration, common prescription medications dispensed on-site, and completion of school, sports, camp, and driver forms.

Direct Pediatric Care has no answering service or nurse triage line. Members contact Dr. Loboda directly by call, text, or video visit using her personal cell phone number. This direct access is a core feature of the practice.

The practice offers same-day and next-day appointments. Dr. Loboda meets patients at the door, and there is no waiting room. Evening and weekend appointments are also available on an as-needed basis.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees or visits. Transparent monthly pricing covers the full scope of care with no insurance hassles. The practice does partner with Vaxcare for vaccine supply, which allows vaccine costs to run through insurance separately.

Yes. Dr. Loboda conducts video visits for members. Telehealth is available alongside direct calls and texts, giving families flexible ways to get care without coming into the office.

Yes. Dr. Loboda makes house calls, with a particular focus on newborn families. The Newborn 4th Trimester Package includes six home visits, feeding and lactation support, first vaccines, and unlimited contact for the first three months. This package costs $550 for non-members and the fee applies toward membership if the family continues.

Yes. Dr. Loboda performs medical ear piercing using sterile, medical-grade titanium or plastic earrings to minimize the risk of allergic reactions and infection. The service costs $100 for members and $125 for non-members. Piercing takes less than five minutes and the practice can perform it at a routine visit.
