The membership covers all primary care visits with Dr. Roos, including same-day and next-day appointments, after-hours phone and text access, physicals, blood work interpretation, chronic condition management, and procedures like osteopathic manipulation, trigger point injections, cryotherapy, and skin lesion removal. There are no per-visit charges. Everything falls under the single monthly or annual fee.

Dawning Wellness does not file insurance claims or charge per visit. The membership fee covers all primary care services. PPO insurance holders can designate Dr. Roos as their primary care physician, and their insurance continues to apply to prescriptions, labs, imaging, referrals, and hospital care. HMO plans require an in-network physician, so they are not compatible with this model.

Yes. Insurance continues to work exactly as it does today for everything outside of Dr. Roos's direct care. That includes prescription medications, specialist visits, imaging, labs ordered externally, and hospital stays. The membership only replaces the cost of primary care visits.

Yes, Dawning Wellness accepts patients regardless of insurance status. For uninsured patients, Dr. Roos recommends pairing the membership with a health-sharing co-op like Medishare, Sedara, or Zion to cover larger medical costs and catastrophic events. The practice also helps uninsured patients find the best prescription prices and applicable discount programs.

New patients can call the practice at 904-799-7667 to register. Once enrolled, members book appointments through the portal-based scheduling system. Dr. Roos offers same-day and next-day availability, and members can also reach her directly by phone or text for after-hours needs.

Dawning Wellness holds in-office hours Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Appointments outside those hours are available by arrangement. Members also have 24/7 direct access to Dr. Roos by phone or text for urgent concerns.
