Balanced Physician Care offers tiered membership pricing for children and adults. Premier Adult membership costs $149 per month. Basic Adult membership is $79 per month. Premier Child (ages 0-17) is $109 per month, and Basic Child is $49 per month. A Premier Child add-on for existing adult members costs $75 per month. Medicare Part B members pay a discounted rate of $99 per month.

Membership covers the vast majority of primary care needs without copays. This includes office visits, chronic disease management, acute illness care, integrative and holistic consultations, sports medicine, joint injections, skin procedures, gynecologic preventive services, and 24/7 urgent care access. Members can also reach Dr. Truty by phone or email to address health questions without an office visit.

Yes. Balanced Physician Care requires a Meet and Greet appointment before any new patient signs up for membership. This visit allows Dr. Truty and the patient to connect and confirm the practice is a good fit. You can contact the practice directly to schedule your Meet and Greet.

Membership fees do not go through insurance. The monthly membership covers primary care services directly, without copays or insurance billing. Many members pair their membership with a high-deductible health plan, a health share plan, or other supplemental coverage for specialist care and hospitalizations.

Yes. Balanced Physician Care offers virtual visits via Zoom for members in Florida or Georgia. Telehealth covers acute illnesses such as sinus infections, sore throats, and UTIs, as well as ongoing management of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, migraines, and anxiety.

Yes. The practice serves patients of all ages, from newborns through adults. Dedicated membership tiers exist for children ages 0-17, including both Premier and Basic options. Families with multiple children can add a child to an existing adult membership at a reduced rate.
