Curo Pediatrics does not accept insurance or bill insurance companies. Families pay a monthly membership fee directly. For non-members, the practice sees children for sick visits at $100 per visit, plus any costs for tests or procedures.

Yes. Curo Pediatrics encourages members to maintain an insurance plan for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, and other services outside the practice. Dr. Fauntleroy can refer patients to specialists and help families find affordable options for vaccines, which the practice does not administer in office.

Yes. Dr. Fauntleroy is available for urgent needs from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. Members contact her directly by text or phone using the number she provides. Telemedicine visits are also available for situations that do not require an in-person exam.

Yes. Dr. Fauntleroy offers in-home newborn visits within 10 miles of the clinic. She also provides 4th Trimester in-home care to families in the south Lake County area. This service supports new mothers through the weeks following birth with hands-on pediatric and breastfeeding support.

Dr. Fauntleroy holds board certification in Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine and treats breastfeeding challenges by working with both mother and baby together. Consultations run 60 to 90 minutes. She also offers prenatal breastfeeding consultations for families preparing for a new baby.

Dr. Fauntleroy conducts comprehensive ADHD assessments and builds individualized treatment plans. She addresses nutrition, sleep, and behavioral and lifestyle factors before or alongside medication. Members receive this service as part of their monthly membership. Non-members may also request integrative ADHD assessments for a separate fee.

Curo Pediatrics requires 30 days notice to cancel a membership. If a family later chooses to re-enroll, the practice charges a re-enrollment fee of $250 per family. Membership is not available to beneficiaries of government healthcare programs including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPVA, CHIP, or similar programs.
