Membership includes same or next-day appointments, 24/7 direct access to Dr. Cadle by phone, text, or patient portal, and longer appointments typically running 45 to 60 minutes. The practice also negotiates discounted lab pricing for members, with some tests available for as little as $5. Cash pricing for imaging is also available.

Crossroads Family Medicine does not bill insurance for membership services. Patients with insurance can still enroll. If a service outside the clinic requires billing, patients may use their insurance at the third-party facility. The practice operates completely independently of IU Health, Franciscan, and Community networks.

Crossroads Family Medicine does not currently accept Medicare patients. Dr. Cadle anticipates opening Medicare enrollment in early 2026, and potentially sooner depending on interest.
