About

At Creekside Medical, three dual board-certified physicians deliver concierge primary care for patients of all ages in Vancouver, Washington. Dr. S. Amy Nopachai and Dr. Jill Speaker lead the practice today. Dr. Olivia Jones served as a founding physician before relocating abroad in 2024. All three doctors hold board certification in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Each completed an intensive four-year combined residency in both specialties. That training lets them care for newborns, children, adolescents, and adults under one roof. Multiple generations of families entrust their care to Creekside Medical. The practice transitioned to its concierge model on September 3, 2024. Clinical services span well-child visits, ADHD evaluations, chronic care management, sports physicals, prenatal consults, depression and anxiety screening, and annual physicals. Members reach their doctor directly after hours for urgent concerns. The practice offers same-day appointments and televisits via Doximity Dialer. Appointments run approximately 30 or 60 minutes depending on complexity. Creekside Medical sits in the Salmon Creek neighborhood at the corner of NE 10th Avenue and NE 139th Street. The practice affiliates with the Special Docs concierge network.
