Yes. Members pay a $49 fee for same-day or next-day mobile urgent care home visits. An additional $49 after-hours fee applies for visits requested between 9pm and 7am. Home visits are available to members only.

Yes. Coronado Concierge MD works alongside your current primary care physician. Dr. Holman coordinates with your existing care team and can update them when you are ill. He acts as your after-hours, house call, and urgent care resource.

Dr. Holman treats a wide range of acute needs at home. These include cuts and lacerations, sprains, skin and respiratory infections, strep throat, ear and eye infections, flu symptoms, headaches, insect bites, and more. He also performs COVID testing and handles prescription refills on-site.

Members can reach Dr. Holman by phone call or text 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Telehealth video visits and in-home evaluations are also available around the clock. An after-hours fee of $49 applies for services between 9pm and 7am.

Yes. Dr. Holman builds individualized health plans with members to assess disease risk and support long-term wellness. Options include hormone analysis, DNA sequencing, microbiome analysis, advanced laboratory panels, weight-loss pharmacology, nutritionist consultations, and in-home acupuncturist visits.

Dr. Holman arranges expedited referrals to top specialists in the area. Members typically receive follow-up appointments within days. He also coordinates directly with your existing care team during the referral process.
