At Connected Health, a team of four physicians delivers concierge primary care to over 700 patients in Wexford, PA. Betty Rich and Michael Fox co-founded the practice in 2012. Rich brought a background in pharmacy and specialty pharmacy entrepreneurship. Fox brought experience in fitness and personal training. Together they built a practice that weaves physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and fitness professionals into a single care team.
Dr. Chaitali Sarkar brings more than 20 years of internal medicine experience. Dr. Suzanne Wolf practices family and preventive medicine with specialized training in osteopathic manipulation and dry needling. Dr. Michael Duffy holds AAFP board certification in family medicine and serves as an FAA Aviation Medical Examiner. Dr. Matt Poremba brings board certifications in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services, also conducting FAA aviation medical exams.
