AHN Executive Health & Wellness Program

The program charges for executive health services out-of-pocket. AHN does not process these services through a health plan, which eliminates co-pays, denials, and preauthorization requirements. Any additional clinical recommendations following the exam may qualify for health plan coverage.

The exam covers a comprehensive physical, medical history review, physician consultation, and lifestyle counseling. Clinical testing includes a metabolic panel, fasting lipid profile, complete blood count, urinalysis, thyroid function, hemoglobin A1c, highly sensitive CRP, vitamin D and B12, PSA screening, hemoccult, chest X-ray, spirometry, audiogram, and a resting EKG. The program also includes nutrition consultation, body fat composition analysis, and perioperative consultation.

Each executive completes a health and wellness questionnaire before arriving. The clinical team reviews this information and customizes the assessment to match the executive's individual health profile.

A concierge greets each executive at the Wexford Health+Wellness Pavilion upon arrival. The concierge escorts the executive to a private area with Wi-Fi access and accompanies them throughout the visit for each customized service.

The physicians review most test results with the executive on exam day. A results consultation call follows within two to five business days. The full written summary report, including lab results and recommendations, arrives within ten business days of the exam.

Yes. The concierge team assists with coordinating follow-up care and specialist referrals after the exam. Executives can also reach their examining physician through the concierge team or via the MyChart online patient portal.

The program recommends an annual exam. Repeating the assessment each year allows the physicians to monitor trends in biomarkers and health indicators over time.

Employers provide the program with a list of executive team members. Each executive then receives a welcome packet explaining the program and a medical history form to complete before their appointment.
